Upward Basketball and Cheerleading offer unique opportunities for K-6th grade students to develop their skills .  It promotes healthy self-esteem through reasonable competition, good sportsmanship, and equally matched teams.  Practices and games are each limited to one hour per week.  The practices include a devotional period, and a testimony is shared at halftime of each game.
